consciousness which many do not understand because its a Spiritual

Feathers" Whitaker to be an honest Statesman, a man of

Endorsement 3/10/2008 - Lynne Schatzberg, State Director, Child Support Enforcement Services Inc.
Dear Mr. Whitaker, my name
is Lynne Schatzberg and I am the State Director of a private company
named, Child Support Enforcement Services, Inc. Our company
specializes in the enforcement of Court Ordered Child Support
Obligations for parties who are not, or have never been on any State
Aid Programs. In other states we have no problems when working with
their legal system in the enforcement of court orders. for past due
Child Support. However, that is not the case here in Tennessee. We
have contacted attorneys in Knoxville, the District Attorney General
in Hamblen County, and their State offices in Nashville about asking
their assistance with the enforcement of our clients court orders.
We have yet to receive any reply from any of them. Some of our
letters go back over four months.
After talking with you, I
strongly believe that when you become the Governor of Tennessee, you
will enforce ALL the laws that Tennessee has, pertaining to the
Enforcement of delinquent child support obligations. You are the
first man that I have spoken with that fully understands the Federal
Child Support Recovery Act of 1992, and the enforcement of same. We
believe that you have an honest desire to assist the many residents
of Tennessee whom back child support is due to their children. After
all, they divorced their wife's, or left their girlfriends, not
their children. Child Support Enforcement Services, Inc., is behind
you 100% on your campaign.
